About JANT

JANT (Japan Algorithmic Number Theory Research Group) was established in July 2000 to promote research on number-theoretic algorithms and their applications, including practical applications in coding theory and cryptography. Our mission is to facilitate collaboration between researchers, developers, and practitioners in both industry and academia.

Activities

Since its establishment, JANT has organized and sponsored research meetings and special sessions to provide forums for academic exchange. In recent years, we have regularly hosted specialized sessions at the annual JSIAM conference.

These meetings have featured research presentations and participation from a wide range of fields centered on number-theoretic algorithms, making ongoing contributions to the advancement of algorithmic number theory and its applications.
